Tomato rule, pt 2

It seems, that tomato rule - setting timer - can work, but also applied not to the tasks and work, but to the procrastinating process. The idea is simple, one can get involved to both working on smth important and just sitting and watching youtube, facebook, etc.

In first case it is completely pointless to interrupt the process. But it is much more important to interrupt procrastination, so setting a timer can work here.
