"Tomato" rule

It is recommended in many sources to use "tomato" rule - set timer for 25 minutes, and during that time stick only to the solving of the problem, getting rid of any sources of distraction. This time scale, however, can be very individual: for some only 10 minutes can work and longer time can cause procrastination, while others can work concentrated on one problem for hour. Thus this value is to be estimated in the experiment, separately for everyone, who is going to use this rule. 25 minutes seems to be just some average.
